ArmaCoil Installation Instructions - How to Install an ArmaCoil Insert

Step 5:
Wind the ArmaCoil insert until
the first thread of the insert is
flush with the mouth of the 
tool body

Step 4:
Wind the ArmaCoil insert onto
the end of the mandrel, then 
insert the mandrel into the 
tool body

Step 3:
Remove the mandrel from
the body of the ArmaCoil
installation tool

Step 2:
Tap the hole using the 
ArmaCoil Tap

Step 1:
Drill the hole using the twist
drill provided in the ArmaCoil
Thread Repair Kit

Step 6:
Place the ArmaCoil installation
tool over the hole and continue
to wind the ArmaCoil insert into
the hole

Step 7:
Remove the tang of the 
ArmaCoil insert using the tang
break off tool

Step 8:
Successful installation of the 
ArmaCoil insert
